Project Overview

MAVEN LB LIMITED is a B2B tech revenue consultancy focused on building lead-generation systems for IT, CRM/ERP, cloud, and cybersecurity companies. The website needed to sharpen positioning, convey authority, and drive qualified conversations through a clear “Let’s Chat & Align on Next Steps” CTA flow.

Objective

  • Clarify the value proposition (“B2B Tech Revenue Consultancy”) and promise-driven hero. 

  • Structure pages around About (mission/vision), Tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Closely, Kaspr), Resources, and Contact to support inbound and SEO. 

  • Implement a fast, responsive build in Framer with an editor-friendly CMS for iterative publishing. (Build stack: Figma → Framer as provided.)


Challenges

  1. Differentiating MAVEN from similarly named brands while keeping a crisp B2B tech voice.

  2. Translating consultancy outcomes (pipeline/revenue) into credible on-page messaging without over-claiming.

  3. Organizing a multi-tool narrative (email + LinkedIn + data enrichment) into a single, scannable experience. 

Outcome

  • Information Architecture: Home → About (mission: empowering IT & digital transformation companies with scalable lead-gen) → Tools hub (deep-dive pages for Apollo, Lemlist, Closely, etc.) → Contact. 

  • Conversion Path: Primary CTA to start a conversation; reinforced credibility blocks and clarity around “build the process in-house.” 

  • Copy System: Value-led headlines, proof-oriented subheads, concise tool primers, and a personable Contact page with CEO attribution and UK contact details.


Key Achievements

  1. Elevated positioning from generic “agency” to specialized B2B tech revenue consultancy across the site. 

  2. Built a Tools/Resources hub that anchors the outreach stack (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Closely, Kaspr). 

  3. Delivered a designer-to-live workflow (Figma → Framer) enabling rapid edits by the business team.

  4. Ensured trust & compliance with visible footer/legal (DMCA, Privacy, Terms) while keeping the UX clean.
